A Special Breakfast

July 24, 2007

corey says…Since Liam’s guests were in Dublin, we invited our friends Liza and Anne for breakfast. I made my special Trinity Eggs recipe and Liam prepared the juice, tea and fruit.

Anne had never been to Knockahopple before, so Liam gave her the grand tour…including the “picture this” overview of the extension he is building.

We had a great visit and the food turned out pretty good as well. We cleaned up the house and then it was off to Nenagh.

I hadn’t had highspeed internet access in days, so it was nice to update the website and catch up on emails.

Later, I stopped in and had tea with Liam’s cousins. Many of the neighbors are bringing in their silage (processed hay), so that was one of the conversations we enjoyed.
